Step 1: Watch for Your Portal Email

You’ll receive an email with access to your patient portal. Open it right away. If you don’t see it, check spam or promotions and search for yourprovider@simplepractice.com.

Step 2: Complete Required Intake Forms

Log in to the portal and finish all intake paperwork before your appointment. This ensures your provider can review your information and be fully prepared for your session.

Step 3: Get Your Session Link

About 10 minutes before your appointment, you’ll receive an email and text with your secure video link. Open the link at your scheduled time to begin your session.

Step 4: Meet With Your Provider

You’ll connect with one of our expert nurse practitioners to begin uncovering what’s happening inside your body and personalize your care plan.
